eSIM Installation Guide (Data-Only)

Important: For your data-only eSIM to work properly while traveling, always make sure Data Roaming is turned ON after installation.

Apple iPhone / iPad (iOS & iPadOS)

• Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data). 

• Tap 'Add Cellular Plan'.

• Scan the QR code provided by your eSIM provider or enter the activation code manually. • Label the plan (e.g., 'Travel eSIM').

• Ensure 'Cellular Data' is enabled for the eSIM.

• Go to Cellular Data Options > turn ON Data Roaming.

Android (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.)

• Go to Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet).

• Select SIM Manager or Mobile Network.

• Tap 'Add Mobile Plan' or 'Download a SIM instead'.

• Scan the QR code provided by your eSIM provider or enter the activation code manually. • Label the plan and set it as preferred SIM for data.

• Go to Mobile Network settings > turn ON Data Roaming.

Huawei Devices

• Open Settings > Mobile Network.

• Tap 'SIM Management' > 'Add eSIM'.

• Scan the QR code or enter details manually.

• Assign data to the eSIM profile.

• Enable the plan for data usage.

• Go to Mobile Data settings > turn ON Data Roaming.

Microsoft Surface / Windows Devices

• Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Cellular.

• Click 'Manage eSIM profiles'.

• Add a new profile by scanning the QR code or entering the activation code.

• Select the eSIM profile and click 'Use' to activate it.

• Enable Mobile Data.

• Go to Advanced Cellular Settings > turn ON Data Roaming.
